No. You pay in cash after the product reaches you and you have checked it. Cash on Delivery works anywhere in Bangladesh.
Yes. Anyone you nominate at the delivery address can receive the product, check it and pay. Just share their name and number when you order.
Yes. Send us the product, your parents' address and a local contact number on WhatsApp. We deliver to them, and the payment is collected at their door.

Rental & Refill Service
The filled cylinder, a regulator with flow meter, and a mask or nasal cannula, delivered and connected at home. Rent starts from BDT 2,500 for 7 days plus delivery. Book on the oxygen cylinder rent in Dhaka page.
Call us a day or two before it ends. The team will arrange either another rental period or a pickup from your home.
Book a refill: BDT 500 if you bring the cylinder to our Vatara office, or BDT 1,000 if we collect it from your home in Dhaka and bring it back. It comes back the same day. Book an oxygen cylinder refill in Dhaka.

Each unit is checked before dispatch. Cylinders are inspected for valve seal and pressure, and machines are tested for output before they leave us. Ask the team for the brand, model and origin of any product before you order.

The warranty period is listed on each product page, because it differs by brand and model. The Longfian JAY-5BW concentrator, for example, carries 1 year. Keep your invoice safe, as you'll need it for any warranty claim.
Yes. Send a photo of the prescription on WhatsApp or read it out on the call, and the team will suggest a suitable oxygen concentrator or BiPAP or CPAP machine.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Let us know with your order number as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled within 7 days. An unused product in its original packaging, with tags and invoice, can be returned within 7 days of delivery once our team approves the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons: disposables such as syringes, masks and gloves; diagnostic kits with a broken seal; support belts, braces and similar items once worn; custom or specially ordered equipment; and anything bought on sale or at a discount. Within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the fault. After we verify it, we collect the item and send a replacement, depending on stock.
Normally within 7 to 14 business days of the returned item reaching us and passing inspection. Some banks or payment methods take longer.
